Yo doods, I'm making this piece for art at school (it's going to be a mix of photoshop and painting) and I need to know how to rid the white little marks on the edges of shapes, so it looks all clean and that. I used magic want to select parts etc. your help would be greatly appreciated, (also, using photoshop cs [1])

nope heh, I meant getting rid of the white so it was the painted bit->black rather that painted bit-?pixels of white->black. But I've had to work around it now anyway, need to get it done too urgently. Thanks anyway, feel free to lock pawz

also, actually some more help, which colour, the pink or the blue especially considering (quoting from my facebook hah):

'‎(also, consider, whatever one I pick I will balance the other shapes colours with, so I will probably continue with more purples/reds with the left one, and similar with the right except with two or so blue-y green tiles to balance it)'
Francisco: what's the whole point of the piece?

'uh, it's a piece for studio arts, my whole theme is like, uh, making art while listening to certain music and trying to communicate the music through the visuals, for this one the song's 'lady dub' - The Widdler http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zvQyEJWSkHw'

'also, in this one, I want a mix of textures but still create a balanced piece.'

probably need to spend another 40 mins on it fixing up rough bits and perfecting the background, but other than that, after about 34 hours all up:
