Steal a house/s from any player to put on your property based upon a dice roll (one dice) divided by 2, rounded down. Maybe too complicated???

Duel the Jailer! If you roll a 6, no one has to wait three turns, pay the fine, or roll doubles to leave the jail, for the remainder of the game.
