It's like... you took the word, I dunno, it looks something like "paxtreme," which would be some sort of play on the latin "pax" and "extremus" and would end up meaning something like.... The reason it's candied is because you replaced a letter with a number to make it look more "awesome" and I guess you're led by the fact that the "xtreme" will do something for you. It doesn't. The reason it reminds me of the vietnamese prostitute is because her name was something like Kandi. You know, a play on "candy." I don't know if you're trying to make your name sound edgy or sexy, but either way, it doesn't work.
