There was another mapper as well. I'm uncertain if it's affiliated with the other three, or someone wanting in on the fun, but they apparently came on IRC, posted the map in #n, and left without a word. Apparently I'm the most likely person for it to be, despite having a different IP. They are similar though, so it's someone in my region (Glances at Lenny and Communist).

But yeah, Eager_Yet_Sadly_Generic_Mapper is also out there. Oh, it appears to also be someone who knows Java.

Man, that hurts. I'm way better than that. I've had countless accounts for shenanigans (Southpaw knew of them and disabled rates, yes.), and nobody /ever/ caught on. :/

Like southpaw, I do not know what is going, and furthermore, I would like to take this opportunity to resign from the NUMA staff.

This seems to be the "promises" stage of the new leaders. It's where, like all politicians just elected, they make a bunch of promises that will make everything better.

I just hope they follow through, which sadly is not what most politicians do. They are robots though, so they might have to follow through or self destruct.
