Are there any programs you guys use besides nReality. That help you do faster runs?

That would be illegal for N. I do most of my chimneys by double shifting which seems to work best for me. Other people that chimney quick are just good at vibrating their finger hehe.

Well, i'm not much of a highscorer, but I like speedrunning it.

One time I tried using shift as my jump key, but I couldn't time the double-shift right :P So I use 'Z' now, and i'm still not bad at chimneying. See 02-2. That was non-FBFed, using 'Z' for the jump-key.
