Really cool song some kids at my high school made. 1.5 million views according to the search and counting. They definitely deserve the attention, it's great that such good music is finally getting into the mainstream.
Haha at your concept of raising the bar. Why do you think I'm not on ASS now?oughts wrote:lol reviews

The only good reviews are one line ones. When I'm reading a review the only thing I want to know is what it is and if it is good, not the description of all the feelings the reviewer felt while listening to it.
Anyway, it's something I accept it may be enjoyable to some people.
edit: disclaimer: im rather drunk so huh i apologize if i dont make sense sometimes okay
it's cool are we cool, we are cool metanet
edit2: i mean fuck where else do you see a hairy ginger like rose; i remember seeing him bald; fat respect man okay
I'd like to take this opportunity to linkto some of Donfuy's previous album reviews from my old album swapping thread. I do this so that you can understand better why he is disappointed in your performance, maestro, and to show you some examples of how you can do better.Donfuy wrote:Haha at your concept of raising the bar. This was an awful experience. The whole album was just beats and occasionally some tacky synths and voices. I really disliked it. :<

Trashy rock is trashy. I always hated this kind of rock. Everything sounds cliché and more of the same.

Sounds like a dude with a lot of muscles on his mouth and lungs that when he got his first sax, proceeded to record his very first sounds and somehow managed to sell it to people. Every single fucking time some sounds were starting to make sense, he proceeded to ruin it in the most horrible way. But somehow I think this is better than Oxygen Destroyer. Maybe because at least it's different.

Rec01 by Collin Olan; "Two waterproofed contact microphones were frozen inside an approximately 10" x 10" block of ice. The ice was then submerged in water and the entire melting process recorded. No processing has been made to this recording with the exception of minor digital errors being removed."
Rising Tides Of War by Sewer Election; harsh noise
Im Schatten Der Möhre by H.N.A.S.; experimental, industrial etc.,,,,
Torture Garden by Naked City; "ten genres in sixty secs"

It's a fun album, I like the gibberish vocals along with several improv piecesno canada wrote:ewwwwwTunco wrote:Torture Garden by Naked City; "ten genres in sixty secs"
also don't link straight to discogs all of your pictures are broken
Treats by Sleigh Bells; noise-pop, as pop as it gets for my liking (along with Veronica Maggio's Satan I Gatan) noise is incorporated properly inside the pop rhythms, they compensate well for each other and the vocals are mediocre enough to not make it worse
Dogging by Alleypisser; musique concrete with very scrap'd & manipulated porn samples
I Am John's Pancreas by A Witness; good vocals, I think this is one of those albums where the drum machine actually works (it adds some noise elements into it too) and this is indie rock; ventures through several moods thoughout
