A sequel to Earth. This map includes 50 levels (10 episodes / 1 column). All special thanks are in the Wasteland text.

There are two files attatched: Wasteland is the one with all the thanks, and then there's the D & G version. Plus, there's a series of completion demos to be attatched when ever I get around to compiling them into a text file.

This mappack has been in the works for 3½ months, so I'd appreciate any kind of constuctive criticism, or any kind of feedback based on the levels. A few notes:

--This pack was started in early February, right after the completion of Earth. I worked on it diligently, until March, in which I semi-abandoned it. Then, I got back into it in Early April. That's why you see a difference in tilesets after about episode 12.

--I'll admit, the tilesets / aesthetics are pretty similar in the first 15 levels. They then start to change up a bit afterwards. However, that does not mean you should skip the first 3 episodes. There are still good levels in those episodes.

--This is the largest cause of any cease of mapping in the past 2 months, besides school, because most of any maps I made went towards this pack, as you can tell.

--The amount of time I spent on each map definitely varied. Especially as the maps got harder. For example, maps like 13-0 were 10mm, while maps like 16-3 took like 2, or more hours. o_o.

Well, that's it. And without further ado, I present to you Wasteland!

EDIT: Fix to 15-3, and a little typo. Enjoy!

Mmmmm. Riobe. This only really got interesting after you broke out a little in episode 13, but everything was pretty solid. I'm liking episodes 13 and 15 the most. Good job.

Couple of errors with the download and go version. The & symbol in 15-3 messes up the level, you should change that to an "and" or something. Also 10-4 is labeled just "Action" instead of "Wasteland-Action."

Favorites: 10-3, 11-4, 13-1, 13-2, 15-1, (15-4?), 16-1, 19-3.

Dragon Mon. and Holding Your Weight were cool. Was it just me, or was this pack much easier than most your other maps?
Also, tiles felt so similar I skipped through a whole lot of maps. Major turn off that like half your maps look exactly the same.

Well, because you skipped through most of the pack, you obviously wouldn't have enjoyed it as much as you definitely could have. In all honestly, I do agree that the first 15 maps do look strikingly similar. But in all honestly, the maps get much better from episode 14 on (when, in my opinion, the map's aesthetics start to change. You have to realize I made this over the time period of about 4 months).

Not only this, but how the hell would you know if the pack was easier if you didn't even play the whole thing? -_-

I just felt like the maps overall were easier...because I was actually able to demo about 10 of them. Secondly, I only skipped over a few. I probably played all but 3 of the maps in the pack, when I said 'oh god, its exactly the same. and hey, I'm hungry, pasta time!'
I played your pack, PMd demos, and gave feedback- so quit whining :p

You did say you skipped over a lot of the maps. And obviously 3 maps isn't a lot. :P

Thanks, though.

I did not expect this to be so brilliant. It was worlds better than Earth (hehe), and still kept the same style. All the tiles held together, the objects were generally great, even the filler maps held to theme...

Not sure what else to say, I seem to have forgotten most of it.

Well done.

i played about half of them. i'm sorry to say this, but i liked Earth better. these were mostly generic. the aesthetics got progressively worse, and the gameplay got progressively better. some interesting concepts in here though, definitely.

Wow, it seems like you just put out Earth. Quite prolific, aren't we? I enjoyed Earth, so I think I should totally play this.

Just completed the pack. Very nice work, man. Especially 16-4 to the end. It's like somebody flipped an "awesome map" switch or something. Aside from the last 16 maps, my favorites were 10-3 and 13-0, though the whole pack was very solid. You had such a way with tiles throughout. I really enjoyed this.
