Quick and dirty OP:
We get members to record themselves singing Queen's Don't stop me now (Maybe something different, if so suggest it!), we then start adding the recordings together, adding each new recording as it's done with the first release being a duet, then a trio, quartet and so on. Who knows where it will end.
On that note I'm horrible with actually keeping projects going, singing and editing audio so I'll need you guys to remind me about this every now and then, sing and find someone to edit this together.
Record it without any music in the background, unless you make the music with your own voice that is.
PM me or post the finished mp3 and I'll start putting them in this post.

I'm totally in, once I find my mic. :S
I also think, though, that there should be a first recording done in the lower tenor range, so that we can harmonise based off that. I say lower tenor, because I seriously doubt that we have many sopranos/altos here. :/

It'd be cool if you could make an accompanying video that tells the listener which metanet-er is singing when.

There is absolutely no question in my mind as to who should sing Apu's part.Universezero wrote:Personally, I think Queen is a little fast. I will sing it... but I'd also like to sing "Baby on Board" by the B Sharps. ;)

"Killer Queen" is a little slower than "Don't Stop Me Now."

Let me just point out this isn't supposed to be an exact replica, you're allowed to sing out of tune/too slow. Just try and sing a long to the whole song.

This sounds awesome. I'm definitely in after October when I'll actually have free time.
