Hello..

Not sure if anyone remembers me, I don't recognise many names here anymore.
Anyway, a long time ago I made MapSwap, and due to some personal reasons I have had a shitload of time on my hands lately so I decided to have a look back at Metanet, and I felt like stuffing around with PHP again and learn jQuery while I was at it, so I updated MapSwap for a simple project to learn with.

"MapSwap is very simple - all you have to do is give a map that you are happy to lose ownership over (generally an incomplete one) and in return you get someone else's map, that they've been happy to pass on. Map for map. Pretty simple."

Feel free to use it: http://mapswap.wickedosity.net
There is only 1 of each map on there made by me (so they are pretty terrible). I have no idea if the mapping community is still going strong, but this might be of interest to some people.

Whoa! Hey, Pembie! The mapping community is still going strong, so hopefully we will put MapSwap to good use once more. Welcome back!

Nice to see you back Pembie... even if it is just for this post! :D

There's a lot of mappers still doing their stuff, even though the forum isn't very active at the moment.

Awesome. I'm going to use this, it seems a really interesting mapping app. Hope it works within the community, I'll try to advertise it with the map produced with it at NUMA to attract more members. Thank you so much.

Hi Pembie!

Finally I used your app. Quite cool man, curiously, the app gave me your map, and I did something with it, delighted to have worked with you! :P. I published the map in NUMA, giving credit to you as well advertising the app. Here's the link:
