No Yugi flaming please. Thankyou.

If you want to post decks, give advice, discuss forbidden lists, learn prices, talk about strategies and learn about Yu-gi-oh on all levels of play then this is the topic for you!

So, first off I'm not the best player around so dont depend on me for that much. I been playing for about five years, four of those years competitively. I hardly buy any cards but I go to weekly tournaments and Regionals and win packs that way. Also Im not good at this game, I just rip like no other. Thats basically it.

Does anybody know any sites that make online dueling easy. I havent found any that I liked that much, so just post any you find useful. Also, I can easily duel over web cams if anyone would like.

---

Alright so lets get this topic started!

Yesterday I went to a regionals and got 3rd place with my Tele-DAD deck. I went 5:1 in the swiss rounds then cut off to the top 8 knockout rounds. I won my first match against another Tele-DAD, then lost against a Lightsworn deck. I got 10 packs, a sexy Gorz play matt and my invite to nationals. Well, here is my decklist. :D

Woah, I stopped playing these about a year ago.

I still have a deck gathering dust somewhere, and I might post it later/when I feel like it.

have you seen all those pictures comparing the artwork between the Japanese and English versions?

it seems anything containing crosses, boobs, pentagrams, and scanty clothes got ridiculously censored for the English. totally lame.

There are also many retarded name changes like:
blood to plasma
hell to nightmare

And the cool magic ring around the Yugioh symbol was changed to a chain because it was satanical and related to witch craft or something like that...

By the way first edition cards arent usually censored.

this game started to suck after the first 4 kinds came out
it was cool with like the first few, but every card game gets lame when there are 1000000 cards.

I feel that genuinely Yu-Gi-Oh accelerated its card pack release times and its mythos at such a quick rate that there was no way I could keep up, monetarily or mindfully. But I had a deck way back that I won a Montreal tournament with. I'll see if I can't edit it into this post later.

Oh god, dont get me started on the anime series...

The card game is actually quite good, but it's changed too much since I quit playing (easily 3 years ago now) for me to pass any meaningful judgement.

My OLD deck for OLD people (No side orders)

Monsters (OLD) (17)

2x Blade Knight
Cyber Dragon
Exiled Force
Spell Canceller
Spirit reaper
Magician Of Faith (Now that's old)
Tsukuyomi
Mystic Swordsman Lv2
Mystic Swordsman Lv4
Mystic Swordsman Lv6
Sangan
DD Warrior Lady
Mobius The Frost Monarch
Strike Ninja
Breaker The Magical Warrior
Swift Gaia The Fierce Knight

Spells (Or magic, w/e) (18)

2x Reinforcement Of The Army
Scapegoat
Book Of Moon
Snatch Steal
Delinquent Duo
Premature Burial
Mystical Space Typhoon
Butterfly Dagger Elma
Smashing Ground
Giant Trunade
Heavy Storm
Pot Of Avarice
Magical Mallet
Lightning Vortex
Swords Of Revealing Light
Graceful Charity
Brain Control

Traps (Lame) (10)

Mirror Force
Ceasefire
Judgement Of Anubis
Solemn Judgement
Divine Wrath
Damage Condenser
Call Of The Haunted
Torrential Tribute
Ring Of Destruction
Magical Cylinders

Half of these are ultra rares too, so I'd except it to sell to a collector for £100, if I'm hopelessly naive.

I keep a Blue Eyes White Dragon in my wallet.
I used to have them, but now they are somewhere I do not recall.
Yu Gi Oh was one of my biggest addictions waaay back.

Here's my newer still crap deck. I know most of these cards are probably banned/limited but there are no tournaments here. I'm trying to contact a person that holds card tournaments and stuff, so yeah.

It might be a bit ugly, but I don't think I've lost with this deck yet. It's pretty easy beating guys at my school in under 7 turns. I'm trying to start a Yata Lock deck, but I have no CED or Yata. ;_;

Actually, Appropriate is quite an old card, I think... I've seen people makes decks around that before, but I've never played anyone with it, though.

Me and my friend both had a copy of Birdface and we would go up to random people at tourneys and pull it out and yell birdface at them. It was awesome.

Nope this is it.

Basically the deck is based around making both me and my opponent draw lots of cards until I pick up Exodia. It worked pretty well until the new forbidden list came out and all off the drawing power was taken out. ;-;

Okay, I edited my deck a bit to get rid of all of the banned cards in it. There's nothing special about this deck. The traps hold my opponent off while I whip out my monsters. The spells help out a bit.

Oh *headslap* thread revive.

I meant to post a deck here, but I seem to have lost the file. Now I begin a slow and painful Microsoft search.

Probably like people have said, though, my deck is now invalid. I'm current with the limited/forbidden cards as of three years ago.
