I would happily pay £20 for N++, but is it worth £320?
Post your opinions here.
A few things I am particularly interested in hearing opinions on from people who have played both N and N++:
Keyboard vs Controller: How does it feel to play?
Are the levels fun to play, and are they challenging?
Which tricks e.g. corner jumps still exist/have been removed?
I'll add more questions if I think of them.
Do I buy a PS4 just for N++?

As far as I can tell nothings been removed just additions. I've always played with a controller except on the flash version and its much better IMO. As for buying PS4 just for N++. IDK if I would but thats up to personal preference. PS4 has many exclusives that make it worthwhile outside of N++ though so I'd say get it and play N and whatever else suits you.

I'll find a used one someday soon and buy it. The only games I'm really interested in are N++, Rocket League, and FIFA 15.

Don't, my chances of getting a 0th will drop significantly.
Most levels are quite doable while agd is really, really hard on some.
In general it feels alot like Nv1.4/Nreality in 60fps.
If you like N, you'll like N++.
I stream occasionally, follow me on Twitch if you want me to test some things for you.

PS; Rocket League is a must get if you do end up getting a PS4.
Besides getting used to it, it feels surprisingly smooth.jp27ace wrote:Keyboard vs Controller: How does it feel to play?
Yes, I think so.jp27ace wrote:Are the levels fun to play, and are they challenging?

Corner jumps in particular are very easy to do compared to other versions of N. I do have trouble doing triple jumps since they require really fast button presses. Which is harder to pull off on a controller.jp27ace wrote:Which tricks e.g. corner jumps still exist/have been removed?

To be honest, waiting seems like the optimal course of action to me - You can wait and see how it goes on ps4, and if it goes well then M&R will probably port it to steam, no PS4 necessary. Otherwise if it doesn't do so well you can buy it later. I wouldn't buy a ps4 for N++, definitely not worth it for me.jp27ace wrote:I would happily pay £20 for N++, but is it worth £320?
