Why the pessimism? This is all an attempt to get the Nv2 community to join this forum rather than having 2 split communities.

i think from seeing the highscoring activity on n2 and the fact the highscoring is built into the client itself instead of needing a third party tool like nreality (no matter how awesome it is, it's still something extra that people just playing n1.4 won't necessarily know of), it makes sense to open up n2 highscoring discussions

Okay, I clearly stated that I wasn't being sarcastic/facetious; it just took me by surprise, that's all. Honestly, it would have made much more sense to have something like this a year or so ago when I suggested it... oh well.
