you'd be surprised at how many of these ideas for polls i have. maybe after about 10 polls we'll have a poll on "whose polls are better" and that will decide it once and for all!

Using the expression 'once and for all' on a 10 minute argument seems kinda dramatic :D

Improved my 10-4 because this thread was looking empty. Also bubble-wrap dispenser is the clear winner.

I came up with the original route, but then kkstrong innovated the ending with a perp jump to get those last 2 gold, where I was basically wasting a jump.
That 0th has gone back and forth quite a few times now (not quite as many as b9-4), looks like kk has taken it again :/

By the way I just tied 80-1 and completely maxed out the scoreboard. If you don't already have a score there, sucks to be you.

edit: People in the past have reported problems with voting in polls. If you can't vote, change your forum skin to Chrome or retronet. This should work.

So apparently there's some much weirder physics than we thought in N v2.0.

I recently took 18-1 by cleaning 2 frames over what we thought was maxed, by just changing the jumps.
And dan has later cleaned one more frame. So what the fuck, you guys can go ahead and see the difference between our runs and the rest and make theories if you want.

Oh those jumps are just 1 frame jumps done on slopes. Though I don't think it helps here, I managed a couple but it didn't give me enough height and died on the last mine.

james_S: in that scenario I believe it would be very difficult to estimate the height of the ceiling well enough. In fact it would probably take you quite a lot longer to realise that you were in fact duct taped to the ceiling. It would certainly be a bit more creepy.
