What's a skill you've always wanted to have? Nothing out of the realm of possibility, of course, just something that any person could ever reasonably acquire with enough practice and/or talent.
I've always wanted to be able to properly make origami. Try as I might, I can't seem to really get it down. I've also always wanted to paint and draw, but I am, unfortunately, better at those than origami.

Krav Maga and lockpicking, though mostly because deep down I really want to be Sam Fisher.

I can neither draw nor origami, though I've never really tried the latter.
I wish I could play the saxophone, or something along those lines.

I would like to be able to regenerate limbs, too. But I don't think this is classified as a "talent", more of a "power".Aidiera wrote:It's difficult to pick up women when you don't have arms, buddy.Apakenua wrote:I would also like to be able to pick up women.
Another talent I would like is being able to write good, in-depth novels.

I've always looked at parkour/freerunning videos on youtube and thought, o shiz I wish I could do that. Nothing useful in real life, but hey, at least I'd get some heads to turn.

CoffeeFreak, I'd say your own head would be turning enough as it is doing that stuff, never mind other people's!
I have to say some kind of musical instrument would be great... preferably guitar/bass or piano. Or maybe the saxophone! Other than that, meh. Maybe being able to maintain a proper diet and exercise? I may be much more confident with myself, my personality, and being around people than I was a few years ago, but I'm still chubbers and that's always ingrained into my psyche...

Skateboarding. I spent a lot of time trying to learn and never got anywhere. I managed an ollie, once.
I also used to wish I were normal, that I had been born -without- any particular mathematical ability -- but I got over it eventually.
