Dangers of playing N

Do you want to read funny thing? Ok then.

I just recieved message from my friend who works with computers, saying my HDD is gone with bunch my data. And He asked me if my laptop falled. I said yes but it is not true.

It was me. I hit the computer when I'm angry while playing N. So on monday I destroyed a lot of my work just because of playing this stupid game.

I got a painful lesson.

Not N's fault you lack self-control.

I think at one point or another we've all considered killing ourselves over this game and naming Mare and Raigan in the suicide note.

Yeah, but even if we did we'd be back eventually. Nobody can stay away from Metanet.

I'll be the first mate in this thread to point out the obvious in life. 'Metanet is love, Metanet is life. All thou shall rage at its beauty, and convert into the mindset of the Ninja.'

I'm just a beginner :)

And this little "accident" can't force me to stop playing N.

playing n, i would get progressively angrier and angrier at my laptop until i smashed the right side of the keyboard in and destroyed the hard drive under it. i had to use a live ubuntu cd for a few weeks until i got around to getting a new drive and the keyboard is still bent upwards.

i have torn apart two mice when trying to play osu, so i'm not allowed to play that anymore for the sake of future peripherals.
but yeah, no more n either.
i don't have anger management issues, swears

fairly often I spend a lot of time trying to beat a particular map, but if I don't manage it, I just leave it and not care. Esp when I play a map at my max, I find the trick is to keep the mental tension (but quite a light one) and know that you're in it for the long run -cause its the ''surprise'' of having died esp after putting so much effort to get that far that causes the frustration reaction. But on the subject of consequences of messing up while playing N I'd usually hit my head er.

edit: another reason for that frustration reaction, it may seem obvious but its when in the back of your mind you start to think that you ''cant get what you want anymore'' -and the thing is it goes deeper than just success in that level. You must keep your wants safe and be conscious of it, for example when playing n you might have like two main wants, n not being the main one, but you enjoy and wait patiently.
I suppose its best to keep a 'don't throw your toys out of the pram' and keep trying mentality in every aspect

The 'n Tower' was not built in a day. There were some remakes

One cold night I was playing N game. After I died for the 10,923,512,774th time I decided to go for a drive. In a daze of N-fueled anger totaled another car, swerved onto the train tracks and was splattered by a train. Since then I never got angry at Ngame again.

I got angry at N, so I closed it, and in my rage I opened up Internet Explorer (which I thought was Google Chrome for a few seconds)... and then my laptop bluescreened. And now I can't use my laptop anymore. Because this bluescreen reappears every time I start up my laptop. And it's all because of N, which made me open up the computer-killing Internet Explorer.
Deluxcious.
