six ripe bananas
1/2 cup (about half a jar) almond butter
1/3 cup honey (or agave nectar)
1/3 cup milk (hippie alternative: coconut milk)
100 grams-equivalent of whey (or hemp) protein powder (four, five, or six scoops, depending on brand)

Mash ingredients together and freeze. The result is relatively low-glycemic and high-protein. Makes four servings, or so.
As soon as we wish to be happier, we are no longer happy.

Does this refrigerate well? It seems like it might but have you tried it?

It... freezes well. You... freeze it... it's... ice cream... but yeah, it has lasted several days with no noticeable deterioration in taste, it should last at least two weeks.
