There's another alternative "going on" right now: http://forum.droni.es/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=10310

Problem is we have nobody to code it. sidke is busy working and I have no money to hire a third party. Think of it as more of a template than an actual site right now.

Yeah, we could define it as a potential alternative, for now.

Interesting, the site is currently alive. It has been for about 3 hours or so (longer than usual).

Is there any way to parse the numa database for our maps whilst the site is down? e.g. using the userlevels function that already existed in NUMA?

I do not know what sidke does to archive NUMA. As far as I know, when the site is 500, it's inaccessible.

I've thought about creating a thread in Mapping that kinda acts like a Hot Maps thread, where people can post their maps - maybe a thumbnail, recorded via paste.droni.es? - and other people can comment on them.

Would that be okay? Or is that not something that you want to do?

Please do. That's about all we can do right now.

It took me a whole week to notice because I had changed my bookmark to link to the other domain. This is great news for Blur.

Still doesn't work with NReality though, because I think that one points at nmaps.net and not at http://www.nmaps.net.

So I just had to reboot my entire system due to viruses, and so everything was deleted. I'm trying to download n1.4, but it keeps opening this winzip file compressor thing. Does anybody know how to download n1.4?

I attach it, don't you prefer NReality (which core is v1.4) though?

Those links have the same problem, they keep opening WinZip compression software, which wants me to register. Does anybody know a way around this WinZip problem?

Download 7Zip, an alternative program.
I've never heard of people having an issue with WinZip like that.

Wait that's the problem? Lol, of course you'll need to reinstall the software you were using before reinstalling. Download WinRAR, it has no expiration date even though it says it does.

Considering I just had to reboot my computer due to viruses from downloading random stuff, I'm not downloading any file compressor thing or crap like that. Isn't there just some browser based way I can play/edit user levels in original N?

Ok. Your loss. I've never had an issue with it but if you don't want to download anything then don't.
No there isn't.
Nv2 has a web client, nreality/n1.4 doesn't.

http://www.7-zip.org/download.html

Entirely legitimate product, entirely legitimate website.
