Hey community.
Monday morning, 14 Nov 2011: I was hanging out with ortsz and halifax on IRC. I made a map and went to bed around 5am. I woke up around 7pm, and my mom was very angry with me. She said I wasn't doing anything productive and wasting my life away. We got in a fight and I was extremely upset with her, but I'm not one to bite the hand that feeds. I had all this pent-up aggression, and I made the horrible mistake of taking it out on an innocent person. I also made a snide comment directed at ortsz, but few of you saw it. I got off the computer to watch a movie and three cops show up. My mom saw that I said 'depressed' in one of my blog posts and had the cops 'escort' me to a mental health building in Phoenix. I assumed that it was a 24-hour clinic, but I ended up being sent to a hospital anyway. I stayed there from Tuesday night to Friday morning, trying to explain to my psychologists that I'm not depressed. (I'm not that good at interviews, it seems.) Friday afternoon my dad showed up to take me home. This is why I've been absent.
My first apology goes to Epic4ever. I abhor my decision to make that thread (and the comment in said thread) and for unfairly revoking your rights. (And also for thinking I had the authority to do such a thing.)
Second, I apologize to ortsz for my sarcastic comment, pretending to undermine his authority and disrespecting him.
Finally, I would like to apologize to all of you for taking advantage of my position and ignoring my responsibilities.
I am completely sorry and fully regretful of my actions, I promise to never do anything like it again (regardless of my rank), and I hope that you forgive me.

PS: I can't build a site for the Dronies, so I think PMs would be the next best option. (Unless you've already gotten a site, in which case ignore this.) My suggestion is as follows:
1. Dronie noms are PM'd to flag.
2. flag and the other NUMA mods check for any rule-breakers (nomming your own maps or whatever) and post the results.
3. Take an old spambot account, rename it to "Drones 2011" or similar and make it an admin. (You'd only need to make it an admin if you expect more than 50 people to vote. Bigger inbox and all, you know the deal.)
4. Users send their votes to the new account, and they are tallied by an unbiased third party. (I'll send my reccomendation to flag.)
5. Winners are posted, celebrations are had.
This may seem like a lot of work, but it wouldn't be.
-=-=-=-
That's about it. I'll be gone a few more days because I've been forced to take medication and need to meet with the psychs again.

Thank you, uhm yeah about being mentally ill, you are not the only one.. People in my life have been so cruel and mean that I cannot trust people anymore! And that is my problem that I would rather spend my life in front of a computer than a man/woman because I know that no matter how much I scream and curse it, the computer cannot do it back and cannot get hurt in the way like a human being can!
By the way kudos to me I finally did it... N is no more!!
And Yahoozy get better man!

Bring back the bipolar is still a cool campaign motto, though.Aidiera wrote:This thread has nothing to do with me, flag.
EDIT: if someone combined all 3000 of my posts I would gain tons of respect for them.

When I was younger my mom paid a psychiatrist because she thought I had Asperger's Syndrome (a high-functioning form of autism). It was very embarrassing and condescending to take the tests I was given, and at the end, I, of course, was fine. I can imagine going to the hospital because someone thinks you're depressed would be all the more so.

I'm back. The meds take about three weeks to actually start working, so I've still got two weeks to go. I also have to go to medical court to have my case reviewed, which sucks a lot.
Also, if my name is Yahoozy, does it mean I have to make perfect maps? Because I dunno if I have it in me...

The cops?

I have a very clean bedroom floor, if you'd like to know. But whatever, my court appointment was only five minutes long, but now I have to see a psych. :/ (And take meds, but there's no getting out of that one.)scythe wrote:The cops?
