Dave and I had this talk a while ago and I'm sort of interested in how many people here have actually kissed a member of their own sex. Also, I do mean in some sort of sexually charged fashion. Don't tell me about that time you pecked your dad on the cheek when you were five.

Seriously, sit down before you fall down. If you look to the left, you'll see that I live in Portland, Oregon. There are more gay people here than you would feel comfortable living around. We have a version of the Yellow Pages specifically targeted toward pro-homosexual shops. I have been around (and in some cases been uncomfortable around) many homosexual men and women. It's not an uncommon thing here, but to say that just because I don't have any homosexual MALE friends does not mean that I am homophobic. It just means that I haven't actively gone and searched for gay men to be friends with. That doesn't mean I can never be friends with gay men.

I keep saying gay men because I am great friends with quite a few lesbians, but as of yet I have not made any friendships with homosexual men. I think, Eternal Boredom, that you spend too much time cooped up in your own mind to realize that the claims you are making are pretty outlandish. I know me and I know that your claim is not the case with me. You need to get out more. I'm serious.

hey, i thought y'all were supposed to have loving, caring relationships with your endeared females. that doesn't sound very human.

anyway, i don't think we can really categorize homosexuals. people either are homosexual or they aren't, and we are debating about those that are. there are no "types" of homosexuals as i see it (unless we differentiate between gay and lesbian).
