My roommate just bought this. I like the new Nazi Zombies level, and I like that you can do split screen over Live now. Also the Dragon's Breath in campaign is one of the most entertaining guns I've ever used.

Question:
Splitscreen Nazi Zombies + multiplayer (i.e. me and my hypothetical buddy on one xbox along with two other players from the interwebs). Possible?

Answer: No.

Also, would you like to do three or four people split screen Nazi Zombies? Nope. Wanna play campaign together? Nope. Want to bring more than one guest on Live? Nope. For every little step forward there is still a lot lacking.

By guest do you mean someone who has gold? Because I'm not allowed to sign my brother in as a guest, just wondering.

When I think "guest," I think "someone without a gamertag."

That's what I was asking but if my brother tries to sign on with me as a guest it will sign us both out for some reason and say one profile doesn't have gold.

You don't use any profile for the second person. I haven't played Black Ops, but I'm going to assume it works something like in Halo, where at a multiplayer lobby screen, somewhere there will be text that says 'Press A to Join' which will bring up the xbox menu with a list of profiles, and one entry that isn't a profile, it just says 'Guest' with no avatar, pick that.

I think he's satisfied with being able to bring a guest on live. Most people don't have big enough televisions to make bringing more than one splitscreener a viable option.

For the record, I don't have an Xbox. My friends, however, do. So:

I would be all for having a Metanet multiplayer match or something. Also, they aren't really "Nazis" anymore, so it's just "Zombies", I think.

gamertag is spoonner, and I'd be up for Zombies or Multiplayer or whatever. I'm not on as much as I used to, though.

They are definitely still Nazis. (this is not my screenshot, by the way)

its only zombies on the map Kino der Toten. On the map Five (the Penatgon) they are just zombies.

I'm fairly certain that they're Nazis because they're investigating some sort of Nazi experimentation that, presumably, turned them all into Zombies and Flaming Dogs and shit. Which is why they have all those... Teleporters and stuff,.

Well, it's not supposed to be, you know, grade A, or anything. It's definitely secondary, since the main aim is to just shoot tons of zombies. But I appreciate them trying to make it more than just a mindless shooter. Now i t's a mindless shooter with a half-way decent story.

I completely agree. It's a crazy story, but I think they're handling everything really well.
