It's a good thing that all most of the imaging fellows are no longer active on this forum because I've just made them obsolete. An amazing forum signature is now within the grasp of the common man. Behold the power of Google. All you need to do is:

1. Do an image search for something, and then click the "Search tools" button, open the "Size" menu, and click "Exactly..."

2. Enter desired dimensions for the image.

3. WOW!

The only hard part is choosing which of this bountiful harvest to select. Here are some examples of images that you will barely believe were obtained simply through this easy technique:
