ok, so here's how this goes:
there are two permanent judges (who i need.) they cant enter the contest, but they judge. There is also a temporary judge a-la-paradigm shift style, the previous winner.
the winner picks an animal:
lets say dragon. then, they add an contridicting fact to it:
ie: power over vines. contestants (anyone except judges) may submit any format of picture that works, except it must not be a link. a link may be included, but there must be a picture on therealn in this topic. pictures may only be used once.the pictures submitted must follow the rule.

judges may submit to show off their skills, but they must tag it as not an entry. anyone else who submits a picture is in the round.
rounds are 48 hours.
i will submit a sample later.

Also, I would like to join, but I'm terrible at judging and drawing :S

Dragons are mythical creatures, not animals. And why does this dragon have "power over vines"? What was done do deserve such a gift, or was it a birthright? If it is, is it the birthright of all dragons or only on specific branch? And is it really only that branch, or do all dragons have this gift, but are suppressed by the ruling power? For that matter, how did this medieval system of rulers and peasants come to be? Was there a revolution? A violent coup? Give us some back story, man. I'm sure the history of this "power over vines" is very interesting.
