Called it! (...in my head, when I read the post above and looked at your image before I scrolled down and saw that it was Calibri.)
It is a good font, I changed my system font to Calibri a while back and was so pleased with how everything looked.

Samurize for the clock thing, GeekTool for Mac, Vigliance and Rainmeter.

They're shell scripts displayed by Geektool.
In order from top to bottom, right to left:
