how do you know it is in english?
If we shadows have offended,
Think but this, and all is mended,
That you have but slumbered here
While these visions did appear.

Personally, I just assumed it was because the language of the forums and NUMA is English. Also, he posts in English.

I think you guys are coming at this from the wrong angle. On the one hand, this requires admin participation, since the EnigmA's post count hasn't gone up at all. On the other hand, no admins here have any skills, so it's probably a collaborative effort. None of the newly appointed admins could have been here from the beginning (although I suspect collusion on Yanni's part. His, gave himself away earlier post begs people to look backwards for clues, and it's very possible that the group missed clues that were intended and he was just a messenger.

So, we look at the pre-revolution staff. Tsukatu has been richly involved, but is also the least socially accessible of the group, not being on the IRC much. blue_tetris is gone, LittleViking very rarely has this kind of business, Mare and Raigan are suspects for obvious reasons (Canadians) and FRANKLY, this whole thing has the Blizz written all over it.

Kablizzy and Yanni are obviously similar people and could easily be in cahoots, but the whole thing bleeds of a third. Maestro, who hasn't released anything since Void in Quebec but seems to be constantly working on something music based? (Perhaps the audiofiles we've heard) or maybe it is somebody else. Lachesis, that suspicious motherfucker? I don't know. The british IP is something too. Where has lord_day been? ;/

EnigmA's definitely Socky. He's been "gone" for a while.

This is true, so admin participation isn't actually necessary, although I still think it's highly likely since they'd be the people most likely to try and do this sort of thing. We already know Cerberus is in on this. Unfortunately, nobody seems to be able to work out what the audio clues actually are, which would help a great deal. Unless anyone thinks they can make a breakthrough on this front, it might be best for enigma to give us different clues...?

Ok, so here's what I've just done.
I followed the link to the blogspot, which initially looked completely blank. Highlighting revealed a url, an email address and a clue a password.
I followed the url which required an email address and a password to access. The email had already been provided on the blog, so I had a look at the edited url there:

http://www.fileplanet.com/PASSWORD/1900 ... world-Demo

I searched fileplanet for that Tomb-Raider game and found the original url:

http://www.fileplanet.com/193841/190000 ... world-Demo

Using 193841 as the password on dropbox, I found a link to this url, which displays the following code:

PQIZP-HLJPX-JHBZY-IYRUZ-IPIZC-RKSBY-MKIBI-BLIKA-BFJMC-QVZAQ-SBGHU-DXVFP

I know that this is related to the whole code/key thing people were discussing earlier, but I can't seem to do anything with this at the moment.
I'll repost the link to the decoding site which was linked earlier: http://fourmilab.ch/javascrypt/javascrypt.html so that anyone else who wants to can use it.

Working off that, I put the code Seneschal found into the key box on the decryption site:

PQIZP-HLJPX-JHBZY-IYRUZ-IPIZC-RKSBY-MKIBI-BLIKA-BFJMC-QVZAQ-SBGHU-DXVFP

Then I put the previous code we had into the Cipher Text box:

ZZZZZ SXGRB BUMEW FVPPH PBKLR OGODW AWFNE SCBCQ BKIAP HFEUU GULAD UFKKB CTMFX VLWFS AXCGQ HHJSF VATXQ OWNTP LTFWC GAFFV BERRO KPRKR EAVJC SBXXF BXWAW FKVFG DQOZZ YYYYY

And this was the output:

GAME OVER YOU WIN

So I guess it's over. But this leaves one question: Who is the EnigmA?
