I'm pretty sure that the correct answer is not one of the given possible answers.
EDIT: Holy shit, that makes it C.
EDIT2: Wait, that makes it wrong now. What the fuck? I'm confused.
EDIT3:
Ok, so initially, there is no correct answer, thus this makes C the correct answer. This then makes A or D the correct answer, which in turn makes B correct. But B cannot be correct, because it does not comply with the statistics involved with the initial requirement. AHHH WHAT THE FUCK, INSPIRED?

It has to be A or D because a truly random selection would not take the given percentages into account.

Eh. By having the answer depend on the answer you pick, you can create all sorts of problems.
Eg, Which of the following is the correct answer?
a) B is correct.
b) A is correct.

b) A is correct.

Since there are %25 chance that you can get a true answer in a normal multiple choice question, you can eliminate C and B since you have already read the question and know that it can't be true mathematically though A and D are pretty much the same you divide 25 by two and tralala you get %12,5 but that's not one of the options so that it makes the answer C which can't be it so there is possible answer to this question.

The only correct answer is C, but the chance itself to get 0% is 25%, thus making the question impossible to answer correctly.
If you answered:
A, you may not have noticed that answer D was also 25%, meaning that you had a 1 in 2 chance to pick 25% rather than 1 in 4.
B, you run into problems with your proof. If B were correct, there would have to be two answers of 50%.
D, read the thing for answer A.

Tunco, I cannot tell you how confused I got when you put the % before the number *_*
I agree with maestro.
EDIT: wait, maestro's theory is about totally random selection, and the question is not asking you to pick one randomly. Then again, it might be asking you to both pick one randomly and then pick the correct answer. Therefore, it's unsolvable, or at least I think. I can't help but believe that there's some hidden factor we're all missing, and that the answer is either A or D (but not both).
Am I a mental sadist or something? Because this is fun.

You don't get it do you? There is no answer. It's not hard to see that.

Keep in mind that compared to others in this community, I'm certifiably retarded :/lord_day wrote:You don't get it do you? There is no answer. It's not hard to see that.

The correct answer is 25%. Since there are two answers labeled 25%, the question is erroneous. No answer can be given.
