Anything dark and mint; 70% mint intense lindt is pretty awesome. White is also cool, though.

White chocolate is okay but iirc it's not even technically "chocolate" at all, but a by-product from the creation of the good stuff. I must say that while I enjoy almost all chocolate, my favorite form of consumption would have to be either hot chocolate or Nutella. Hot chocolate is wonderful because it's liquid and if you think about it you'll see how amazing it is that you can actually drink liquid chocolate. Nutella is probably second best because while it's not quite liquid, you can put it on anything else. And the hazelnut might help a bit.

I hate dark chocolate, white chocolate is good upon occasion. At a christmas party I had white chocolate with candy cane pieces, delicious.
