Uh, you missed the first version's biggest problem. A user shouldn't be able to give only one vote per user. This way, you'll just make the tetris' victory even bigger with Ampersand giving four instead of one vote.

well i figure blue tetris is /still/ going to vote for himself 4 times even if the rules dont allow him to.
