I was thinking about the signature thing today too, I could only think 'my brain'. There are no members with the name 'brain, but there is 'Brainstone' and 'Brainwasher'. I dunno.

No, dude, he probably means we should pursue the Biblical hint he gave us, namely Luke 11:39, the text of which was the description of his map.

Bucket probably refers to his Photobucket, where he uploaded the background for his map, as well as this picture, which reads 11:39. So now we have the date, September 28, 2008, and the time, 11:39. 11:39 may refer to the Bible passage, or the Bible passage was supposed to lead us to the time. Nobody joined the forums at that time. The only other thing I noticed is that 11:39 upside-down is 6Ɛ:⇂⇂, which resembles be:ll, or bell.
