Look around. If there is a dead end, punch a hole in the ceiling or wall (there must be a ventilation duct somewhere). If not, wash yourself with the soap and briefly ask for info. If they retaliate, kill them. Then, push all the bodies in the previous room, and wash them of any blood. Go to the next area.
