I usually just submit it and make sure there aren't any mistakes, as I usually don't use BBCode.

I usually preview submit, considering most of my activity is actually updating my sig and webcomic, so generally it pays to preview more often, for me at least.

I usually just submit it, but if the post is really long or uses lots of tags, then i'll preview it.
