Usually, if I don't forget, my Armitron watch. It has 3 dials in it as well. Looks like the following but the dials are placed differently.

I have a mp3 player for such things.

I have a Citizen Quartz analog watch that i wear everywhere except the shower.

That would be option 4. I also don't wear it for sports, and sometimes at random.
