This is a simple game where you take the last two letters from the-user-above-you's word and make a word. Example:

USER 1: Hundred
USER 2: Edacious
USER 3: Usable

etc.

Why is it called toothpaste?

I've got no idea, I saw it on one domestic forum and it was called 'Toothpaste' (literally translated). The title has nothing to do with the game, though.
