I have no idea what the results of this poll will be.

Nose. My dad is entirely throat and mouth, and essentially just yells them out.

Mostly my mouth. I can aim for peoples faces better with it.

Through the mouth. I can't imagine sneezing through my nose.

Nose, of course. The point of sneezing is to get rid of everything in nose that might bother you.

So you just spew out all the junk that's in your nose every time you sneeze? I prefer to blow my nose after.

Both. I have no control over how I sneeze since there's about 1/10 of a second of time to choose, and I choose very slowly.

Those were my thoughts exactly.

Mouth to prevent projecting snot particles with hand over mouth to prevent projecting spit particles unless I don't like you then you get both barrels full face.

It hurts through the nose.
