Do you sleep and wake early, finding yourself most alert in the morning, or do you prefer to sleep and wake later, finding yourself most alert in the evening?

Mornings are awful things.

I tend to sleep somewhat late and wake somewhat early. Not the latest, and not the earliest, but late and early nonetheless.

I love mornings but they rarely love me. Night owl, I suppose.

I sleep at midnight or around 2:00 am. And wake up at 8:00-9:00 am.
It's not that bad.

Both :P

I usually go to sleep about 2 AM and wake up at 6 AM. Every other day or so I'll take a nap, but I really just don't need to sleep that often, it would seem. I'm sure it'd be healthy of me to sleep more, but I just don't feel sleepy often.

Neither. I hate the mornings and I hate the evening.

This is exactly my sentiment except worded more cleverly.

I'm the only morning person? Shame on you slug-a-beds.

I'm a lurker-of-the-night, a creature-of-the-darkness.

I have the most screwed over body clock. It's like, 10 hours wrong...I usually get up at 5:00pm...that is if I've gone to sleep the previous day. Unless I have something to do, then I get up early.

I'm a big fan of rainy days as well. And I'm not terrifically healthy; I'm just not unhealthy, I guess. Maybe above average.

Haha, I've actually gone to a camp where we did just that every day for a week, 'cept it was more like 7am. I also do plenty of morning runs during my training over the summer, though those are more around 9ish. So your image isn't all that inaccurate. ^_^

7am is a sleep in at a camp for me. At my Duke of Edinburugh silver award camp i went to, i had to get up at 5:00 every morning, then walk about 17km, with a backpack full of canned food, a tent, clothes and other stuff. Not to brag or anything ^_^

wait, you do training? are you serious 'bout running then?

Yeah, I've run competitively for my highschool team for the past four years, and I'm going to continue competing in college. We've even got a thread for all the runners around here.

And 5am? I'm fine with early mornings and all, but I'd prefer that the sun be up. o,O

This is why we're not tighter, Pheidi. I'm disappointed.
