Basically, this is EdoI's game, with some slight rule changes.

> You are not allowed to vote for yourself in any instance. It's bitchy, distorts the results, and defeats the whole point of the idea.
> You have four votes, which may be either positive or negative, and can be distributed to any people on the community as you wish. For example, you can vote for Drathmoore once, and increase his score by 1, or vote for him four times, and decrease his score by -4. Then, since you've used your four votes, you'll have to wait for the time period to relapse.
> You may vote again once every 4 hours. Honestly, I'll be able to update this pretty much constantly, but this seems like a fair guideline to prevent bias.
> There will be a prize for the users in 2nd, 9th, 40th and 3rd places after the deadline of 31st July for this round.
> No Non Interger votes. That applies to all of you. Even 999_Springs.

Kapiche? Any votes not following these rules will not be counted.

i dont think you should be able to vote for a user more than once in a turn. isnt the whole point to see who gets the most collective votes from the most voters? Blue_Tetris won just because Ampersand voted for him a million times, which hardly seems fair.
