You should probably include PS3, seeing as they're in the same generation.

Wii's definitely more innovative, but Xbox 360 offers much more power. The limited controls of the Wii Remote can really downsize the experience at times.

Wii. The innovative controls are what did it for me.

This is like comparing Formula One racing to Gokarts. I suppose preference is preference, though.

I like the idea of the Wii more, but I there aren't enough really great games for it. The entire thing feels more like a gimmick than anything refined, and while it's certainly revolutionary in its concept, the evolutionary power of the Xbox trumps it for me.

Because it is a poll, which are meant to go in fun and games. It is only a general inquiry, not a full-blown gaming discussion thread.

There is no possible way I can decide. I have the Wii, and the innovations for the system alone are great, but some games were kinda ruined by having to use the Wii remote IMO. If all the games were compatible with the Classic Controller or Gamecube controllers like Super Smash Brothers Brawl, then I'd probably have to say Wii, but considering that I have never played the Xbox 360, but have only heard good things about it, I can really say yet...

Hey its also on DS .... i mean mate ... if you do heaps of strange calculations it easily adds up to DS=Nintendo which means Nintendo=Wii which instantly means wii rocks

Wii:
The innovative controls are awesome.
It has a lot of GREAT games.
It's fun to play games that use the Wiimote (like Warioware Smooth Moves, or even Wii Fit) with your friends.

PS: But if you talk about PS3 and Xbox360, go after Xbox.

Xbox 360 is better because it suits the console buying audience in general more. And generally, the third party games are a lot better. Then theres Halo, Halo Wars, Halo Party, Halo Tennis, Halo Kart, Super Halo World, Hálo World. Oh wait, thats just the Mario franchise with a cooler character. :/

my something really stupid happened to my 360, every time I turn it on, the dick thing opens, I close it, it opens again, if I close it then turn it off then it opens while it is turned off, I have to close it then unplug it to make it stop, if anyone can help, PM me.

So I wish I can change my vote to wii if I could

The Wii controls have a lot of unanswered potential. The games for it are so kiddish, non of the games are really any fun. I don't think there is a single rated R game out for the Wii. (Play Redsteel, it has great controls, but that game sucks).

Xbox 360 has pretty much everything, but I think the next generation will go to nintendo.

Microsoft wins this time...

tch.

Wii is for mild gamers who want a semi-relaxing yet entertaining adventurous experience,
XBox is for hardcore gamers who wanna shoot some pedestrians and buy Cocaine (im prejudice, so what?)
Playstation, i think, is a happy medium. Relaxing, comical games, and outragous shoot-em-ups for the all-around gamer.

i think those descriptions are accurate enough, but admittidly stereotipical.

oops.
