Preferred Angle for Halfing Toast and Sandwiches

I cut my toast and sandwiches at a diagonal; triangles are classier and more aesthetic than rectangles. I also dislike snails.

Diagonal is the greatest. Straight is just boring, and you all know it.

I halve my toast and triangulise my sandwiches. I am a mathematician.

I find that eating sammiches whole results in dryer toast. Diagonal when I can.

The only one down the home straight, apparently. I don't really know why, I'm not one for aesthetics- as you can see by my maps :P

EDIT- Also, sandwiches pwn toast. In fact, I think i'm going to make a topic about sandwiches. It seems appropriate.

I never cut my sandwiches, and send them back at restaurants if one I've ordered is cut for me.
Though #4 sounds like an excellent idea.

Although I only cut grilled cheese in triangles. The rest gets halved.

Fixed.

I don't like sandwiches or toast. But if I happen to come across one cut into fourths, I'll eat it.

BAhaha. I eat them whole. Not because I'm a man. Not because it's sexier. Just because it's easier.

Now Suki there seems like a *real* man.

"Oh ewwwww you cut my sammich! take it away take it away! :<<<<<<"

Straight, against the grain.

I'm a strait guy. I prefer my snacks to be either approximately circular or rectilinear but symmetrical is and absolute minimum. As most bread is rectangular, triangles cut from it are not symmetrical and thus not fit for consumption by anything.

Exactly the same with me. I'm just too lazy.

Why the heck does the poll not have a "doofus" option!!?!? I know at least a few people who do that. This poll sucks.

...oh Toast? I don't cut unless I'm feeling especially...err...cutty, but when I do it's diagonally in quarters.

Sandwiches = triangle. Triangle are just sexier, fact. And you can build some interesting shapes on the plate. The first bite is with the eye and all that.

Toast = no cutting. If I want it in half I'll fold.

Toast for guests might be cut into triangles as per the former.

I'll only cut either if a knife is close by, in which case I cut straight. I like basic symmetry, and cutting straight makes symmetrical pieces, which some might argue is actually the better choice aesthetically.

But really, I hope I'm going to spend more time eating my sandwich than looking at it, so I don't give a damn whether/how it's cut, as long as it tastes good.

I don't cut my sandwich. The substances inside become lopsided. I hate it when a sub get cut in half, but there are four meatball on one half and two on the other. Just an example =P.

Or they cut a meatball in half, even though there is an even number of meatballs. This is when I show the Subway people the backside of my hand.

Anybody who would send a sandwich back because it was cut is a fucking Russian.

But I do rectangles.
