Rolling your R's means you can make the sound produced by "rr" in Spanish. There are probably other ways to describe it, but that's the only example I'm familiar with. It's apparently also an Irish thing? Or, so I heard. Anyway, it sounds a bit like a purr. So yeah.

Easy for you to say, hailing from the Iberian Peninsula and all, but it can be surprisingly difficult if the language you speak doesn't require it. I can do it, but it takes some effort. A lot of people can't do it at all. Hence, this.
