Yes, this is exactly what you think it is. It's 999_Springs's IRC version of that flash game that you all know and love. (If you don't know it, look up "impossible quiz" on google RIGHT NOW.) It's not impossible, just very, very hard. As I mention in the preamble, there's no guessing involved, just fast reactions, skill, and a lot of ingenuity.
If anyone has ideas for questions, just tell me in a PM and I'll most likely put them in my next version, Impossible Quiz v1.0, released later this year, hopefully. This thread can be used for discussion of the quiz.
