I sneeze. What do you say?

I don't say anything. It's always struck me as weird that people say something like those when you sneeze. And I always feel uncomfortable when people say it too me, i don't know how to react. I usually say "...er.. thank you?...i guess.."

I used to say
gazundheid
until i got older now i say it in danish.... (My home language which i can speak read and write fluently in..)

I do say gesundheit, Primarily because I am half german and can also speak and write fluently in it...
