Hill would suit a rock, indie, or mellow electronica song. Shuffle would suit a hip hop, pop, rap, party or house song.

EDIT :: haha, just realised i didn't actually vote. It really depends on what the song sounds like. Shit, i just can't choose without knowing what the song sounds like.
