This has happened too many times to me--run CCleaner, and N progress is wiped clean.
What category should I avoid cleaning so that I don't delete the sacred .sol file?
How to not wipe N progress with CCleaner

An alternative solution is to backup your files.
Yes... you'll need to backup your own sol.

Based on this sentence, this is what I get from this: that you know CCleaner is going to wipe your N progress, and you do it anyway. Whether Blizz's joke was a joke or serious (or a combination), I agree.OneSevenNine wrote:This has happened too many times to me--run CCleaner, and N progress is wiped clean.

I've run it a total of maybe three times (each spaced a year or so apart); every time I do I think "agh, I ought to think before doing that again..." and then I do it again months later without thinking. I guess "too many times" implied that I used it a lot more that that.

In all fairness, three is too many.
