Do you like corner-jumping? Or when you see a map with a corner-jump ou turn away to have a look at a map in your ability?
If you are proud of any particular corner-jumps you have performed then post them here and discuss.

They're easy enough once you develop consistency with your skills.

Corner jumps are the orgasms of N.

I always seem to play a map more when I can pull off a corner jump. I've been successful at them a lot lately, so inevitably, I've played a small amount of maps more versus a lot of maps once.

I love corner jumps in N a lot too!I've got this corner jump in 0-4 where I corner jumped of th first trap door and hit the bottom of the tile platform up the top right, I went flying, literally! And once in some race map I cornerjumped really fast into a thwump and then I went invincible.

Corner jumps are amazing! They're practically the best thing since sliced bread. :-P

Probably my favorite corner jump would have to be on my NUMA map 21 highscore run.

Edit: Actually, I think I have to go with my jumps at the end of 63-3. I was able to string 2 of them together consecutively, with the gold, and it got me my first metanet 0th. (Curse you TFK for beating it within the hour with a new route ><)

I love all these little bugs and quirks with N - It adds a lot of flavour and depth to highscoring in particular. I hope they don't "fix" things like that in v1.5.

Corner jumps are especially satisfying when you use them to skip massive parts of a level. It feels so good.

There isn't really any quick way to learn how to corner jump apart from practice... You normally only have a space of one frame to pull off the jump.

One way to practise is just put a couple of tiles and a ninja together in Ned and do some jumping. But the only way to achieve any consistency is repetition and improving your timing.

Corner jumps are about the only things left in N that I can't do consistently. I still love them, though.

Especially if the level was especially hard and/or tedious.

Actually, they're like cheese on pizza. The more the better They're good when they drip off of the sides, but some people don't like it at all.

I started learning corner jumps about 3 months ago. I can not perform cornerjumps at my will but if I put all my time ad effort into it I can easily pull them of. My fave corner jump now might be in: 95-3. I just love that coner jump and I can now consistently pull it off!

You'll have mastered corner kicks when you can beat this map in under 15 seconds.

Clever map George! I can get the two black things but I can't get the blue thing. I once got the blue thing and hit the mine above it! I'm so saving that level!

Errr...the map ain't mine...And you might want to refer to the 'black' and 'blue' things as door and exit switches...

I knew that sounded like one of tk's simple challenge maps when I saw the number... That really is a good map to practice corner jumps on, makes you get a couple different angles off it.

Life247: Yes that's fast enough, and a good start, now try to do it in under 15 seconds non-fbf'd.
