Found "n-game" while browsing, send letter asking for it to be taken down etc, unless that's not done anymore (haven't been around in a long time). Version 1.2 extracted swf. Sigh.

AddictingGames has probably been sent several dozen copies of requests like these by now, but its owners haven't done anything about it because they're giant bags of horse cocks.

We should organize a DDoS.

Or a DDoS? Problem is we'd need, you know, a 4chanish amount of dedicated bastards for that, or a botnet, or the ability to digg them to page 1 or similar. Unless there's some sort of new trick the kids are using these days :/

Yeah, no. I think this discussion needs to sharply change direction lest the words "Blizz was right" fall from my lips.
In other interesting news:

And you know who its owners are? Friggin'
Viacom. For reals. They have a
copyright compliance policy detailing the unreasonably intricate steps that M&R should take to get it taken down.

Forgive my ignorance, but are AddictingGames not allowed to put that there? I'm not too concerned about it; at least I can play N in-browser if I happen to be on a computer that doesn't have the .exe on it.

They aren't. Anyone who has N playable in a browser on any website isn't allowed, since they do not have M&R's permission.

There's ads on the site, thus monetary gain, which is forbidden in the license. Also, it had to be converted into a .swf to get it on the site, thus modifying it, which is forbidden in the license.

Here is another site with N on it:
http://www.spele.nl/game/platform/ngame.html
It has a score of 9/10 (cool) which is way too low.
Edit:
Although I don't know if that's a bad thing. Because thanks to this site I found this game and started making maps.

Note - there are like 10+ browsers containing N shown when you type in "n game" on google. It may not be such a bad idea , this game is gaining in popularity all the time. Maybe instead of the actual game, they link to the download spot. If we can get them to do so.

They're bad, but they bring in new players.
