What NOT to put in Nv1.5

I was thinking about what might be different about N version 1.5, and I realised that there are some things in N that would just ruin it if they were changed.

Three things not to change in Nv1.5 (in no particular order):

Keep the classic grey - It is a great simplistic style that should not be changed

I'm fine with new enemy types, but I don't think there should be any new doors i.e. timed doors.

No music - It would be very annoying!

What are your three things not to change in Nv1.5?

Grid style tiles. New tile types are fine, but I liked the challenge of working in that gridded format.

Don't make chainguns have death cone effect.(No chance of survival) That would be horrible.

hmm well taking out 1-way glitches
i think they should add a door that can be opened by one switch and closed by another and can be re-opened/closed

Well yeah, it'd be like one player uses the arrow+shift configuration, and the other uses the ASDW+Spacebar.
It'd be kinda cool, but I wouldn't like it that much. Just my opinion of course.

Well you see, that is unnecessary. Cause that's basically combining two highscores into one.
And then what happens when two ninjas collide? Or if one dies, and his body ricochets into the other?
Too complicated if you ask me.

it could be like target tests in SSBB, screw the exit doors, just make a mad dash for the gold. it could be competitive collecting, stay alive the longest, or team up to get the most gold the fastest.
yeah the multiplayer survivals sound like a great idea, but i think online is the only way multiplayer anything could really work effectively.

extra lives might be a cool added concept, maybe you could pick up lives or in multiplayer mode one ninja could revive a dead one (assuming all the limbs were still attached :P)

yeh those are neat ideas.

ya that sounds like alot of fun you could have like co-op and you could have like battles that would be pretty sweet, maybe even like teams where thers a couple people on a team the team with the most gol wins

Co-op would be sweet. Imagine, dodging rockets with a friend.

Definitely leave all the glitches in there. No taking them out now - they're an integral part of the game lol.

And I'd be all for co-op mode online. Have multiplayer lobbies going and everything... that'd be fun.

lol or
=> replacing ninja with a peice of toast that cant jump(although ig you could get like sponge-bob or something as a ninja that would be AWSOME)
=> making ninja not be able to wall jump
=> being able to snipe people map without loging in....
OMG the list could go on and on....

Funnily enough, I remember reading somewhere that M&R originally intended the chainguns to have a 'death cone' effect.

Also, I think M&R said that, if they got round to making 1.5, they would be making major changes to the physics/gameplay/etc, but would preserve the 1.4 style of gameplay in a 'classic mode.'

Keep it as it is.
Just modifying Ned would be nice.

Crap. 1.5 better be good if its going to shun 1.4 like this, I doubt the community will be able to successfully split between classic and modern.

I would think that NED needs some fine tuning. Bit more user friendly.

And the levels easier in Play Now. newbs like me can only get a highscore on one level. (192/0) YAY
