NotePad/WordPad Map Info Corruption

I use Windows XP Professional with NotePad as a standard text editor.
I also use NotePad to store my map data.
There happens to be a case (Many cases, actually) where I paste in my map data, save it and return the next day to find that it is corrupted.
There are 'NaN' values everywhere, tiles are misplaced and generally, my DDA I was working on had to be scrapped.
Help. Please. SOS.

Open Notepad, then go to the Format menu and disable word wrap.

I hope you don't mind, Master Atilla, but how will that help?

Oh ya. and THIS bloody scenario presented itself as a result of the corruption. Weird as. I can't seem to find any explanation for it.

When you hit the first launh-pad, time stops for the rockets, the gauss turret crosshairs follow a 'NaN'ed Ninja, and shoots wildly, but killing the ninja. At tht top left corner there is the ninja's carcass, doing God knows WHAT.

If you return (Press Enter), you are able to go through the still-frozen rockets, but everything else works fine. Until the gauss shoots you as a NaN. Wherever you are, it shoots. Wherever you are, it hits. The exact frame he is hit, the carcass explodes and goes into a random position on the screen.

I hate it. That was my next DDA, and I have to scrap it.

EDIT: Landing on the second launch-pad allows the ninja to fall through the floor as if there were a hole... And you can't control it.

EDITEDIT: If My DDA ever makes it through alive, It's dedicated to you, Atilla.

Disabling word wrap will prevent unnecesary line breaks from appearing in the map data that may corrupt the data.

Also, I think this should fix the bottom. I'm not sure what you're doing with the top though, nor with that one oneway on the edge of the level.
