Nope, its just the screen it used to be shown when you ran out of time until version 1.3, best known as my avatar.

Wait... did you get that in N 1.4/NReality?!

He just clipped it out from v1.3. It wasn't included in 1.4+

He decompiled v1.4, and the image is probably stored in it although its not actually in use, like it was until v1.3, but its not a easter egg. From the post you can deduce this.
