on the dates that you are working, you should try to do at least one collab with the other person working at that time, don't u think?

Any map goes as long as it's a map. Just, y'know, don't make your map like one of iban's n-arts. I have to compile all of these and it'll be a bitch to compile THAT MANY N-ARTS! >:V

As for quota, just 25 maps a day. No more. No less. Just 25.

Nah, collaborating is sort of... Well, time-consuming, really, and it'd be a bit hard to make a map that you're both content with because you've been making multiple maps already. It'd just be a big mess tbh.
