How often do you play your own maps?

For me? Almost never.

I don't play my maps ever after they have been released on NUMA!

but maybe its only popular because everyone knew thats where i stand

A lot of the maps I play are the ones I am in the middle of making. I still play other maps from mappacks and very occasionally from NUMA, so I'd call it roughly a 50-50 split. 40-60%.

At least half of maps that I play are my own, due exclusively to playtesting and editing - 45% would be other Legacy Team Members' maps, and the remaining 5% are random maps that I'm linked to.

All of them. I map for myself. If any of you enjoy them also I'll call that a bonus.

I don't even make maps often enough to have a substantial number.

0-20%. I make my maps, playtest them maybe once or twice during the entire process. Sometimes not at all. Rarely do I play them after making them.

I would say 20%, just because I always playtest my maps into oblivion. 20% more is spent on the N episodes (Light grey ninja, you shall be mine!) and 60% spent on your levels. :)

I playtest my maps to pieces, then put them on NUMA, and will probably never play them again. I enjoy playing others' maps more.

I only post maps on NUMA that I really like, so I do return to play them quite often.
That said, it would still only be around 10%, tops.

80-100%

From playtesting and trying to get AGD's for my levels on nreality, I end up playing my levels a lot. Plus, I mean, I like my levels ^^

About 50% for me.

i rarely ever do, and if ido, it would be playtesting them, or showing off to my friends.

5% at the most

Around 20%. As far as playtesting goes, I don't do it as much as I could (For action maps anyway).

20%, to show how to beat it to my friends.
30% on my key run level.

Around 50% of the time, if we're not counting Metanet levels.

Maybe around 50% of the time. I frequently look back to see my development as a map maker. I frequently venture to play old maps that I have made and see how much my skills have improved and to re-critique my old skills as compared to now.

60-80%.

there are only two instances where i play my own maps.

1) playtesting (doy)

2) demoing.

I only ever played my own maps, to ensure they were of high quality.

All of you play blue_tetris maps at least 0.2% of the time.

Obviously I play them an awful lot while making them, but once they're on NUMA, I'll forget about them until about 3 months later, then go back and play one of my own here and there. It's certainly interesting to see the style of your maps gradally change over time.

That is also how I do it. I won't play them after I submit, but will play a few months afterwards t see my gradual progess as a mapmaker.
