When i try to submit map to Numa, it says either "Must contain atleast one |" or "Incorrect amount of characters before |". This is really wierd because map is totally working and bugless. What to do? And what "|" stands for?

Your trying to submit a tileset i assume?
If so just put an object under a tile or add a ninja to it then sub that map data and it should work

No, I'm submitting full action map. It has ninja, because I've been playing with it in N.

Is it possible that you pressed enter in the code after you were finished making the tiles? It counts a space as an NaN character, so that might be the cause of the "too many characters" problem.

I saw that lots of times when I first started submitting maps...Just refresh map, make it again,be sensitive with the map data, even one "0" can mess up anything...Just try again and again...And make sure your map data don't have any #,$ or things like that...You can submit your map if you do these thing....[Worked on me ]...
